Correction
Photograph a printed formula — handwritten tweaks are read too — or start blank. Every line is yours to edit, swap, and rescale before mixing.
Toner availability
Turn off toners you're out of: inactive toners stop showing as OCR substitute candidates and in the swap picker, so reads auto-match faster from what's in stock.
Toner conversions
A rule swaps a formula's original toner for its replacement: the replacement is poured at original amount × ratio. Rules take effect immediately in the formula screens' brand selector, and each change is also recorded durably so it survives OEM re-imports.
Saved Colours
Colours added to the library (variants / new standards / custom), promoted from Temp Formulas. They live in a durable registry that survives a database rebuild — use Re-apply all to restore them afterwards.
Users & logins
Create web logins for the shop. A login can be tied to a painter (operator) — so their web tickets and ratings show under the same name as on the desktop — or stand alone for office/admin staff. Admins manage users, colour data and the print agent; techs use the app.
Settings
Server-side switches an admin can flip live. Changes take effect immediately and are shared with any signed-in user.
Print agent
Install the AutoColor print agent on a station PC (the small service that drives that station's USB DYMO). Download it here, unzip on the station, and run install-agent.bat. To update a station after a new agent build, just download again and re-run the installer.
- Download the package below and copy the .zip to the station PC (the one with the DYMO).
- Unzip it, then right-click install-agent.bat → Run as administrator. It installs the agent to start with Windows on port 9101.
- In
appsettings.jsonbeside the agent, set the station'sPrinter(or leave blank for its first DYMO) and anAgentTokenmatching the server. - Add the station to the server's
Printing:Stations(id, name,AgentUrle.g.http://<station-ip>:9101). - Updating: on a new agent build, re-download here and re-run install-agent.bat — it stops, replaces, and restarts the agent.
